FBC: Firebreak is Remedy making a co-op shooter, which sounds like an unusual combination until you remember that Control's world is exactly the kind of place where three people with guns and inexplicable supernatural interference makes perfect sense. The job-based mission structure keeps sessions contained and repeatable. It narrowly missed the top ten because it is newer and less proven than the games above it, and its replayability depth is still being tested by the community. But if you are a fan of Remedy's aesthetic and want a PS5 co-op shooter that feels genuinely different from everything else on this list, this is the one to check.

FBC: Firebreak dropped straight into the PS Plus catalog on day one, which is rare enough on its own to make it worth a look. It takes the weird bureaucratic horror of Control and turns it into three-player co-op jobs, clearing paranatural incidents with gear that leans more gadget than gun. My group tried it over headsets and the coordination required is light, which fits how we actually play most nights. It's stylish. It's easy to pick up. The content depth isn't there yet, though, and a handful of jobs on repeat wears thin faster than the horde shooters ranked above it. It also requires an online connection at all times, so solo players looking for something offline should look elsewhere.
