House Flipper is the one I expected to bounce off. Renovation sims can turn into homework, and the controller handling for placing furniture is fiddly. Then I scrubbed a filthy kitchen back to white tile and caught myself repainting a wall that was already fine. That before-and-after hit is the whole appeal. You clean, strip, paint, furnish, and get paid, with no timer or fail state. It sits lower than PowerWash Simulator 2 because the story is thin and the chore side gets repetitive over long runs. Decorating fans will get more out of it than anyone else.
