My group treated it almost like a raid: plan the trip, execute, get out. The tech tree gives it real crafting depth, and the console port handles the interface better than a lot of PC-first survival games manage. Sessions end. That's the whole point, and it fits Xbox players who want a structured evening instead of an ongoing commitment.
