We tried House Flipper 2 on a lazy Sunday expecting something like PowerWash Simulator with paint instead of grime, and that's roughly what it is. You fix up a house room by room, and co-op lets a second player join for cleaning and decorating, though it never feels as fully shared as the entries above it. It's closer to one person leading with the other pitching in on side jobs. The renovation and design freedom is genuinely satisfying if you like that kind of puttering. Worth a look for decorating fans. It sits at the bottom of this list because the shared loop is the weakest of anything ranked here.

It narrowly missed the list because it can feel more like satisfying chores than genuine comfort over a long session, but for decorating fans or anyone who wants short, self-contained renovation tasks, it punches above its weight on Xbox.
