My kids are a bit young yet for co-op puzzle logic that requires real coordination, but LEGO Voyagers is clearly built with exactly that kind of pairing in mind. Two characters, one journey, and almost every puzzle needs both people doing something different at the same time rather than just standing next to each other. It's lighter on story and shorter than most farming games here, closer to an afternoon than a season of evenings. The tone stays gentle throughout. No combat, no fail states that feel punishing. As a modern, approachable two-player adventure that doesn't ask for much setup, it's an easy recommendation for a rainy weekend with a partner or an older kid.
